The Tulane Institute on Water Resources Law & Policy publishes in a variety of venues. In addition to publishing articles in academic and legal journals, we publish our own white papers and weekly newsletter, TUWaterWays. Our white papers are part of our public service mission and are free and intended to improve the discussion and understanding of various topics. TUWaterWays is a weekly two-page newsletter surveying water news and events from around the world (and beyond).
