THE DEEP END

An occasional series of works from leaders in their respective fields, these represent valuable perspectives on water-related topics much in need of conversation and innovative, sometimes even radical, solutions. Opening up the wider world of water law and policy discussion is a primary goal of the Institute, and we think encouraging voices such as these and giving them a wider platform does just that.
